钢-混凝土组合连续梁疲劳寿命影响因素分析

为研究钢-混凝土组合梁在疲劳荷载作用下的疲劳寿命及影响因素,对4根组合梁缩尺模型进行疲劳加载试验.同时采用有限元软件建立钢-混凝土组合梁静力荷载试验的数值模型,基于疲劳分析软件计算组合梁疲劳寿命,并与试验结果进行对比,验证了数值模拟的准确性;最后对影响组合梁疲劳寿命的主要因素进行参数分析.结果表明:组合梁疲劳寿命随混凝土板厚度、钢梁高度、混凝土强度等级的增加而增加,随栓钉间距的减小而增加,建议在进行组合梁的抗疲劳设计时优先考虑混凝土板厚和钢梁高度所带来的影响.
Influencing Factors Analysis on Fatigue Life of Steel-concrete Composite Continuous Beam
In order to study the fatigue life and influencing factors of steel-concrete composite beams under fatigue load,fatigue loading tests were carried out on four scale models of composite beams.At the same time,the finite element software was used to establish the numerical model of the static load test of the steel-concrete composite beam,based on the fatigue analysis software,the fatigue life of the composite beam is calculated and compared with the test results to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation.Finally,the main factors affecting the fatigue life of composite beams are analyzed by parameter analysis.It is concluded that the fatigue life of composite beams increases with the increase of concrete slab thickness,steel beam height and concrete strength grade,and increases with the decrease of stud spacing.It is suggested that the influence of concrete slab thickness and steel beam height should be given priority in the anti-fatigue design of composite beams.
