筏板基础大体积混凝土温度发展规律与裂缝防控

以西安某筏板基础大体积混凝土施工为工程依托,通过现场监测得到了筏板基础大体积混凝土温度发展规律,并通过数值模拟分析了粉煤灰掺量、分层浇筑厚度和入模温度对大体积混凝土温度发展规律的影响,最后总结了大体积混凝土温升引起的裂缝防控措施.结果表明:筏板基础中心混凝土温度在50h左右达到峰值,表面混凝土温度在70h左右达到峰值;保证混凝土强度和胶凝材料总掺量不变时,筏板基础温度峰值随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,筏板分层浇筑厚度、入模温度的减小而减小;选择低水化热的硅酸盐水泥、增加粉煤灰掺量、掺入适量的膨胀剂、降低入模温度、洒水养护、温度监测等方法可减小大体积混凝土温升引起的结构开裂,施工时可根据施工条件调整.
Temperature Development Law and Crack Prevention and Control of Mass Concrete of Raft Foundation
Based on the mass concrete construction of a raft foundation in Xi'an,the temperature development law of mass concrete of raft foundation is obtained through on-site monitoring.The influence of fly ash content,layered pouring thickness and molding temperature on the temperature development law of mass concrete is analyzed by numerical simulation.Finally,the crack prevention and control measures caused by the temperature rise of mass concrete are summarized.The results show that the concrete temperature of the temperature of concrete in the center of raft foundation reaches the peak at about 50h,and the surface concrete temperature reaches the peak at about 70h.When the concrete strength and the total content of cementitious materials are constant,the peak temperature of raft foundation decreases with the increase of fly ash content,the decrease of raft layered pouring thickness and molding temperature.The structural cracking caused by the temperature rise of mass concrete can be reduced by selecting silicate cement with low hydration heat,increasing the content of fly ash,adding an appropriate amount of expansion agent,reducing the molding temperature,watering curing,temperature monitoring and other methods.The construction can be adjusted according to the construction conditions.
