城市建筑工程中废弃泥浆资源化处理技术研究与应用

城市建筑工程中的桩基施工是废弃泥浆的主要来源之一,传统的处理方法存在效率低下、环境污染严重等问题.以天津市口腔医院梅江院区增建工程为研究对象,采用板框式压滤机对施工中产生的废弃泥浆进行处理,以期达到泥浆的减量化、无害化,并实现资源的高效循环利用.现场应用结果表明,板框式压滤机能有效分离废弃泥浆中的固体颗粒和水分,减少泥浆体积,回收的水分可再次用于施工现场,而固体泥饼则可用于场地平整或其他用途,显著降低了环境风险并提升了经济效益.
Research and Application of Waste Mud Resource Treatment Technology in Urban Construction Engineering
The construction of pile foundations in urban construction engineering is one of the main sources of waste slurry,and traditional treatment methods are inefficient and cause serious environmental pollution.Taking the expansion project of Tianjin Stomatological Hospital Meijiang Courtyard as as the research object,the waste mud produced in the construction was treated by plate and frame filter press in order to achieve the reduction and harmlessness of mud and realize the efficient recycling of resources.The results of on-site applications show that the plate and frame filter press can effectively separate solid particles and water in waste slurry,reduce the volume of slurry,and the recovered water can be reused at the construction site,while the solid cake can be used for site leveling or other purposes,significantly reducing environmental risks and enhancing economic benefits.
