A project in Wenzhou is located in soft soil area with complex surrounding environment.The north side of the foundation excavation is only 25m away from the built high-rise residential building.There are many underground pipelines on the south and east sides,and the gas pipeline is about 5.5m away from the nearest place of the foundation excavation.The foundation excavation enclosure adopts triaxial cement mixing pile reinforcement technology+bored pile+TRD construction method waterproof curtain,and the horizontal support adopts one concrete support+two steel composite supports.The comprehensive construction technology is adopted.The foundation excavation is safely and smoothly implemented,and good economic and social benefits have been achieved.
