常规混凝土尺寸检测大多采用人工测量方式开展质量偏差分析,存在采集信息效率低、精度不高等问题,尤其面对高精度的异形构筑物时,人工测量的缺陷会被无限放大.将BIM+三维扫描技术引入异形构筑物混凝土施工质量偏差分析,通过三维激光扫描获取实体施工数据,再利用扫描的点云数据逆向生成模型,对比逆向模型与设计模型,分析现场混凝土的质量偏差,既提高了检测精度,又提升了检测效率.
Application of BIM+3D Scanning Technology in Construction of Arc Structure
Conventional concrete size detection mostly uses manual measurement to carry out quality deviation analysis,which has the problems of low efficiency and low accuracy of information collection.Especially in the face of high-precision special-shaped structures,the defects of manual measurement will be infinitely amplified.BIM+3D scanning technology is introduced into the analysis of concrete construction quality deviation of special-shaped structures.The solid construction data are obtained by 3D laser scanning,and then the scanned point cloud data is used to reversely generate the model.By comparing the reverse model with the design model,the quality deviation of concrete on site is analyzed,which not only improves the detection accuracy,but also improves the detection efficiency.
