发展新质生产力是推动高质量发展的内在要求和重要着力点.近年来,我国建筑业持续快速发展,规模不断扩大,极大改善了我国城乡面貌,但制约建筑业高质量发展的因素还大量存在,建筑业必须大力发展新质生产力.基于新质生产力基本内涵和核心要义,分析了建筑业发展新质生产力的理论逻辑,即通过技术革命性突破、生产要素创新性配置、产业深度转型升级而催生新质生产力.新模式、新动能、新产业是发展新质生产力的核心要素,建筑业应始终把发展新模式作为引领,把培育新动能作为根本,把发展新产业作为方向,致力于推动生产力与生产关系的协同发展,从而实现行业的高质量发展.
Thoughts and Analysis on Developing New Quality Productive Forces in Construction Industry
The development of new quality productive forces is an inherent requirement and an important focus for promoting high-quality development.In recent years,China's construction industry has continued to develop rapidly and its scale has continued to expand,which has greatly improved the urban and rural landscape,however,there are still many factors restricting the high-quality development of the construction industry,therefore,new quality productive forces must be developed in the construction industry.Based on the basic connotation and core essence of new quality productive forces,this paper analyzes the theoretical logic of the development for construction industry to develop new quality productive forces,it is necessary to promote new quality productive forces through technological revolutionary breakthroughs,innovative allocation of production factors,and deep industrial transformation and upgrading.New models,new kinetic energy and new industries are the core elements of developing new quality productive forces,in the construction industry,the new development model should always be taken as the guidance,the cultivation of new kinetic energy should always be taken as the foundation,and the development of new industries should always be taken as the direction,and we should always devote ourselves to promoting the coordinated development of productivity and production relations to achieve high-quality development.
