模块化集成建造方式及质量智能检验

目前对模块结构的研究主要集中在结构体系、连接节点等结构领域,或抗震性能、抗连续倒塌等力学问题中,对集成建造方式及质量智能检验技术的研究相对较少.从建筑工业化的国家战略出发,为促进模块化建筑建造及检验技术进一步发展,以钢结构模块和混凝土模块为例,介绍模块化集成建造方式及质量智能检验技术.整理了模块设计及在工厂的生产环节,并按顺序详细介绍现场安装各环节,对目前已有的模块单元智能检验技术进行梳理;总结新技术推广在可行性、接受度等方面存在的问题,并给出相应建议,对未来发展方向进行展望,为模块化建筑推广提供参考.
Modular Integrated Construction Method and Quality Intelligent Inspection Technology
Current research on modular structures mainly focuses on structural systems,connections,and other structural fields,as well as on mechanical issues,seismic performance and resistance to progressive collapse,while there is relatively less research on its integrated construction methods and intelligent quality inspection technologies.Starting from the national strategy of industrialization of construction industry,to promote the further development of modular construction and inspection technologies,this article takes the most common steel structure modules and concrete modules as examples.It organizes the design method and production process of the modules in the factory,and introduces in detail the various stages of on-site installation in order,sorts out the existing intelligent inspection technology for the modular unit,summarizes the problems in the promotion of new technologies in terms of feasibility and acceptance,and provides corresponding suggestions and a perspective on the future development direction,thereby providing a reference for the promotion of modular construction.
