Efficient Application Technology of Disc Buckle Steel Pipe Formwork Support Frame
The development of formwork supported steel scaffold in China has progressed from buckle type,bowl buckle type,door type to disc buckle type steel scaffold.For the prevalent disc buckle steel pipe formwork support frame,combined with industry standards,the test research including the joints and the whole frame is carried out,scientifically solve the bearing capacity calculation and the reasonable layout of the frame.On the basis of reasonable solution to the structure of the lower part of the formwork support frame,in order to further improve the utilization efficiency of disc buckle steel pipe formwork support frame,a scientific method is put forward to solve the primary and secondary rib of the formwork supported on the top support frame.Based on the investigation and comparison of the primary and secondary rib of the tool-type formwork support frame at home and abroad,such as linear weight,section stiffness EI and other major performance indicators,Q355 steel special-shaped welded pipe primary and secondary rib is designed,combined with the typical 400mm-thick roof of basement,it is calculated and analyzed the reasonable distance between the vertical rods of the standard type disk buckle steel pipe formwork support frame is 1 500mm× 1 800mm.
