From the perspective of enterprises,this paper selects the comprehensive benefit measurement indicators of prefabricated components according to the sustainable triple bottom line principle,and uses the triangular fuzzy number to assign the indicators and establish the comprehensive benefit measurement model.The index performance and comprehensive benefits of each prefabricated component were obtained through quota calculation and expert scoring method,the application priorities of prefabricated components were determined,that is laminated panel,prefabricated inner partition wall,composite beam,prefabricated outer wall,prefabricated inner wall and prefabricated non-shear outer wall.The research results can provide references for the formulation of assembly schemes and promotion policies of prefabricated buildings.
