摘要

为解决单洞双线隧道中全预制内部结构施工难度大、自动化程度低的问题,充分发挥全预制内部结构优势,提高施工效率,推广其应用范围,基于上海市机场联络线工程,详细阐述其全预制内部结构形式,提出适用于包括预制轨下结构和预制中隔墙在内的内部结构施工技术及施工流程,最后通过施工实践,实现单洞双线隧道中预制内部结构同步、自动化施工.结果表明,预制内部结构可实现高效、高精度施工,利用该自动化施工设备有效解决预制构件施工困难问题,该同步、自动化内部结构施工技术取得良好实施效果.

Abstract

Aiming to solve the problems of high difficulty and low degree of automation in the construction of fully prefabricated internal structures in single-hole tunnels with 2 tracks,utilize the advantages of fully prefabricated internal structure and improve the construction efficiency,promote the scope of its application,based on Shanghai airport contact line,this paper elaborates on the form of fully precast internal structures,proposes automated construction technology and construction process for internal structures including precast under-track structures and partition walls.Eventually,the synchronous and automatic assembly of fully prefabricated internal structures in a single-hole tunnel with 2 tracks is realized through construction practice.The results indicate that,the internal structure can realize high-efficiency and high-precision construction,the automated construction equipment developed effectively solves the problem of difficulty in the construction of prefabricated components,the proposed automated internal structure construction technology achieves good results in the implementation.
