Research on Key Construction Technology of Extra-long and Extra-large Cast-in-place Piles in Karst Cave Geology Regions
The low-carbon urban area in Longgang District of Shenzhen is characterized by karst cave geology.In a project,a 200-meter super-high-rise building with super-long and super-large cast-in-place piles,difficult to construct as though,is planned to be built.Key construction technologies,such as slurry wall protection,graded backfill karst cave and soil cave treatment,graded drilling and post-grouting of borehole buried pipe,were adopted after research and demonstration to effectively ensure the quality of pile formation and construction safety.The quality test results all meet the requirements of design and relevant specifications through the construction iteration and verification of 1 019 piles,which proves that the key technologies of super-long and super-large pile foundation construction adopted in this project are both feasible and effective.
