外部土压对预应力双层衬砌受力与变形影响研究

为了探究不同外部土压对预应力双层衬砌结构的影响,依托珠三角某水工盾构隧道工程,利用ABAQUS进行数值模拟,采用数理统计的方法,分析了 5种土压工况下双层衬砌的变形规律和力学特性.研究结果表明:施工期与运行期双层衬砌变形均呈"横鸭蛋"形椭变;施工期预应力内衬椭变程度、环向压力以及接触应力基本不受外界土压变化影响;施工期管片外衬横向椭变程度、环向压力以及接触应力会随着外部土压增大而增大;运行期双层衬砌椭变程度、环向压力和拱顶拱底处接触应力均随外部土压增大而增大,但拱腰处接触应力几乎不受土压影响;运行期预应力内衬出现环向拉应力且随着外部土压增大而减小,但无受拉开裂风险;运行期预应力内衬环向最大压应力位置由施工期的锚具槽处偏移至拱腰处;运行期管片外衬仍为全截面受压;由于运行期间的内水压对外部土压的抵消作用,双层衬砌的椭变程度、环向应力以及径向应力相较于施工期均有所减少.
Study on Influence of External Earth Pressure on Stress and Deformation of Prestressed Double-layer Lining
