大直径盾构斜穿矩形匝道引起的结构扭转及实测分析

匝道结构的异形大断面使得其对纵横向不均匀变形极为敏感,当受到盾构斜穿等非对称扰动时将产生明显的竖向沉降和扭转变形,这对结构受力极其不利.以上海北横通道超大泥水盾构小角度斜穿杨树浦港井匝道为背景,通过现场实测分析大直径盾构斜穿匝道过程中匝道的变形特征与变化规律,并对施工过程中多次停机引起的匝道结构响应进行了总结.结果表明:匝道竖向沉降受盾构切口和盾尾位置以及停机和再次推进影响明显;盾尾注浆和盾构再次推进将引起隧道抬升,抬升幅值可达4mm.匝道扭转变形与盾构-匝道相互位置密切相关;扭转变形纵向分布呈现逆时针向顺旋转交替变化.盾构-匝道相互位置以及对应穿越阶段对匝道最终竖向和扭转变形影响显著.
Structural Torsion Caused by Large Diameter Shield Obliquely Crossing Rectangular Ramp and Its Measured Analysis
The ramp structure is sensitive to the uneven deformation in longitudinal and transverse direction due to its large and special cross-section.The camp structure with super large slurry shield under-crossing inevitably suffers from the remarkable vertical and torsional deformation,which is harmful to the structural safety.The paper,taking the Beiheng passage excavated by large slurry shield undercrossing Yangshupu portal ramp in Shanghai as example,investigates the deformation behaviors of new-built rectangular ramp induced by super large slurry shield under-crossing with small oblique angle in long distance.Besides,the deformation performance of camp induced by the two unexpected shield halt is considered.The result show that the vertical deformation of ramp is obviously affected by the position of shield incision,shield tail location,shut-down and re-advance of shield.The tail grouting and the shield re-advance lead to significant uplift of tunnel,and the uplift value can reach 4mm.The torsional deformation of ramp is closely related to the shield-ramp mutual position,and the longitudinal distribution of torsional deformation changes from anticlockwise to clockwise.Besides,the final settlement of the ramp is determined by the shield-ramp mutual position and the corresponding crossing stage.
