Application of Real-scene Modeling and BIM Technology in Building Construction Management
The collaborative application and practice of real-scene modeling and BIM technology in the field of building construction are discussed in depth based on an actual project.By analyzing the current industry development trend and new technology characteristics,the real scene modeling technology such as oblique photography is introduced into the BIM technology system of housing construction projects,and the systematic application research and practice are carried out,forming a complete set of real scene modeling and BIM technology in housing construction projects.The application process covers four stages such as data acquisition,data processing,data platform construction and data application.The construction simulation,site layout optimization and production schedule tracking based on this technology are demonstrated in detail through case analysis.The visualization,refinement and intelligent management of the construction process are gradually realized,and the quality and efficiency of construction decision-making are significantly improved through the application of this technology.
