提出基于BIM技术和传感器数据融合的建筑施工现场远程监控数据可视化方法,提升管理效率和建筑施工现场的安全性.利用传感器技术建立建筑施工现场的数据采集模型,并将采集到的数据经相似度特征匹配方法进行融合.同时采用卡尔曼滤波方法去除建筑施工现场数据的噪声,以所获去噪后的建筑施工现场数据为基础,应用Revit 2016软件建立建筑施工现场BIM模型,全面模拟建筑施工过程,并采用冗余顶点删除法、小包围球方法对模型进行轻量化处理和渲染,将最后得到的建筑施工现场远程监控数据传送给网页端平台,实现建筑施工现场的远程监控数据可视化.试验结果表明:该方法可实现建筑施工现场的远程监控数据可视化,准确地获取建筑施工现场的数据,及时发现建筑施工现场的安全隐患并降低采集数据噪声含量.
Visualization Method of Remote Monitoring Data of Construction Site Based on BIM Technology and Sensor Data Fusion
A remote monitoring data visualization method for construction sites based on BIM technology and sensor data fusion is proposed to improve management efficiency and the safety of construction sites.The sensor technology was used to establish the data acquisition model of the construction site,and the collected data were fused by the similarity feature matching method.Meanwhile,the Kalman filtering method was used to remove the noise from the construction site data.Based on the obtained construction site data after denoising,the BIM model of the construction site was established by using Revit 2016 software to comprehensively simulate the construction process.The redundant vertex deletion method and the small bounding sphere method were used to lightweight process and render the model.The final remote monitoring data of the construction site was transmitted to the webpage platform to realize the visualization of the remote monitoring data of the construction site.The test results show that this method can realize the visualization of remote monitoring data at the construction site,accurately obtain the data of the construction site,timely discover the safety hazards of the construction site,and reduce the noise content of the collected data.
