Construction Technology of Double Layer Metal Wall Panel Suspended Ceiling in Clean Workshop
Due to the cleanliness requirements of high-tech electronic plants,the ceiling is usually designed as a double-layer metal panel ceiling to ensure the tightness of clean rooms.The area between the double-layer ceilings is the static pressure box layer,which is designed with many electromechanical pipelines.In the traditional construction process,the suspenders that fix the electromechanical pipelines need to pass through the upper ceiling and take root in the structural beam plate,resulting in many holes in the upper ceiling and low construction efficiency.A new system of wine-cup beam aluminum alloy keel+hexagonal bolt+suspender was adopted,which can root the small electromechanical pipeline in the upper ceiling keel,reduce the number of openings in the upper ceiling plate,and improve the construction efficiency.
