Research on Overall Lifting Construction Technology of Ultra-high Steel Corridor Based on Deformation Coordination Control
Combined with engineering examples,for ultra-high steel corridor curtain wall modeling keel,bottom aluminum plate ceiling and other ancillary structures,innovative integration synchronous lifting technology.When the roof of the skirt building is assembled,the load transfer is carried out by installing Beret beams on the top of the column to reduce the reinforcement measures for the concrete structure.Through the technical measures such as load test and finite element analysis,the deformation of aluminum plate under the working condition is analyzed.Optimize the connection between the accessory structure and the steel truss,so that more curtain wall accessory structures can be lifted simultaneously with the main structure of the steel corridor,reducing subsequent high-altitude work.
