高层建筑、电视塔、烟囱等竖向逐层施工的工程项目体量大、风险高、作业面受限、设备设施易发生冲突.中建集团通过近20年研发形成系列施工作业集成平台产品,大幅提升高空受限空间复杂作业环境下的施工安全、质量及工效,有力推动现场工业化建造发展,在该领域实现全球领先.回顾高层建筑、高塔、烟囱等竖向钢筋混凝土结构施工模架发展历程及技术特点,重点就施工作业集成平台的研发背景、技术特点及应用情况进行说明.系统梳理集成平台技术在重大超高层建筑应用场景技术攻关、多场景系列产品打造、现场工业化建造探索3个发展阶段的关键核心技术.最后,针对新型建筑工业化发展要求,对集成平台技术在工程产品创新、现场专用技术开发、配套深化设计及施工组织设计等方面面临的挑战及攻关方向进行展望.
Development and Prospect of Construction Integrated Platform(CIP)Technology
High-rise buildings,TV towers,chimneys and other vertical layer-by-layer construction projects has the characteristics of large volume,high risk,limited working surface and conflict between equipment and facilities.Through nearly 20 years'research and development,China Construction Group has formed a series of integrated platform products for construction operations,which has greatly improved the construction safety,quality and work efficiency in complex working environment in high-altitude confined space,effectively promoted the development of on-site industrial construction,and achieved global leadership in this field.This paper reviews the development course and technical characteristics of formwork for vertical reinforced concrete structures such as high-rise buildings,towers and chimneys,focusing on the research and development background,technical characteristics and application of the integrated platform for construction work.This paper systematically sorts out the core technologies of integrated platform technology in three development stages,the application of scenario technology in major super-high-rise buildings,the creation of multi-scenario series products and the exploration of on-site industrial construction.Finally,according to the requirements of new building industrialization development,the challenges and research directions of integrated platform technology in engineering product innovation,field special technology development,supporting deepening design and construction organization design are prospected.
