Cumulative Slipping Construction Technology of Steel Structure Roof for Flue Gas Purification Room in Waste Incineration Power Plant
Because the waste incineration power plant has the characteristics of large span, high height, first installation of process equipment in the plant and lagging installation of the plant structure,it is necessary to adopt the overall slipping construction scheme at high altitude.Based on the waste incineration power plant project of Beijing Anding Circular Economy Park,MIDAS Gen software was used to simulate the cumulative slipping construction technology of steel structure roof in flue gas purification room.Three construction schemes were proposed, which effectively solved the problem of deflection and stress overrun of some components in the original scheme. The basic slipping scheme is a two-track slipping scheme, but there are problems such as excessive roof deformation and many high-stress components during the slipping process. The improvement scheme includes adding track slipping scheme and stiffening grid slipping scheme. The results of slipping simulation show that the maximum stress of the structure is 711.78MPa and the maximum deflection is 1 256.05mm when the two-track slipping scheme is adopted, and the stress and deflection exceed the limit value. When the adding track slipping scheme is adopted, the maximum stress of the structure is 133.73MPa and the maximum deflection is 98.19mm.When the stiffening grid slipping scheme is adopted, the maximum stress of the structure is 186.52MPa and the maximum deflection is 124.77mm.The calculation results show that the improved scheme improves the structural stiffness during the slipping process and reduces the stress amplitude. It is an alternative for structural slipping construction.
