基于压电陶瓷灌浆套筒饱满度检测的布设方法研究

压电波动法质量检测技术具有检测精度高、适用范围广等特点,已应用于装配式结构竖向连接的套筒灌浆饱满度检测.为探究压电陶瓷测点布设方法对灌浆套筒压电波动法检测精度的影响机制,对钢筋直径分别为12,18,25mm灌浆套筒试件(共42支)进行压电波动检测试验,试验参数为压电陶瓷类型、压电陶瓷布设位置及间距.研究结果表明,灌浆套筒试件测点宜采用内嵌式布置,环形压电陶瓷可用于高精度检测;有限元模拟可较好地模拟正弦应力波在灌浆套筒内部的传播路径;小波能量分解法和幅值差值计算法均可分析测点布设检测精度,前者检测精度较高,后者操作简单.
Layout Method Research of the Grouting Sleeve Plumpness Detection Based on Piezoelectric Ceramic
Piezoelectric wave quality detection technology has the characteristics of high detection accuracy and wide application range,and is applied to the detection of sleeve grouting plumpness of vertical connection of prefabricated structure.In order to explore the influence mechanism of the piezoelectric ceramic measuring point layout method on the detection accuracy of the grouting sleeve piezoelectric wave method,a piezoelectric wave detection test on a total of 42 grouting sleeve specimens with steel bar diameters of 12,18,25mm is conducted.The test parameters are piezoelectric ceramic type,piezoelectric ceramic layout position and spacing.The results show that the measuring points of the grouting sleeve specimen should be arranged in an embedded way,and the ring piezoelectric ceramic can be used for high-precision detection.The finite element simulation can better simulate the propagation path of sinusoidal stress wave in the grouting sleeve.Both the wavelet energy decomposition method and the amplitude difference calculation method can analyze the detection accuracy of the measuring point layout,the former has high detection accuracy,and the later is simple to operate.
