建筑、工程和施工行业(architecture,engineering,construction,AEC)在现代管理概念和新技术的实施方面较落后,若想要保持与制造业等行业相同的数字化水平,需重塑管理流程.在当代施工管理的背景下,高效的项目交付依赖于大量的数据.然而,由于实施方面的诸多阻力,关键施工管理数据仍难以获取.建筑信息模型(building information modeling,BIM)的出现引起了施工管理的变革,BIM对施工管理数据获取而言是独特且有效的工具.基于内容分析法,对从Scopus Engineering Village和Google Scholar等英文数据库中筛选的63篇文章进行综述,总结传统施工管理中存在的困境及基于BIM的施工管理对策.研究表明,施工管理人员需建立基于BIM的自动预测模型,并加强项目参与者之间的沟通和协作.基于此,提出基于BIM的施工管理预测性决策路线,为管理者提供开发基于BIM的施工管理决策支持系统的路径.
Summary of Construction Management Dilemma and Countermeasures Based on BIM
The architecture engineering,and construction(AEC)industry is relatively backward in the implementation of modern management concepts and new technologies.To maintain the same level of digitization as manufacturing and other industries,it is necessary to reshape the management process.In the context of contemporary construction management,efficient project delivery relies on a large amount of data.However,due to many obstacles in implementation,it is still difficult to obtain key construction management data.The emergence of building information modeling(BIM)has brought about changes in construction management.BIM is a unique and effective tool for the acquisition of construction management data.Based on content analysis method,this paper reviews 63 articles selected from English databases such as Scopus Engineering Village and Google Scholar,and summarizes the difficulties existing in traditional construction management.And construction management countermeasures based on BIM.The research review shows that construction managers need to build automatic BIM-based forecasting models and enhance communication and collaboration among project participants.Based on this,this paper proposes a BIM-based construction management decision model framework,which provides a path for managers to develop BIM-based construction management decision support system.
