连续梁桥悬臂施工挂篮设计及预加载试验研究

以沪渝蓉高铁文家台特大桥连续梁工程为依托,开展菱形挂篮结构设计与应用研究,利用有限元软件模拟其结构受力和变形情况,通过预加载试验进行数值计算与预加载试验结果对比分析,验证挂篮结构的强度、刚度及安全性.研究结果表明:利用MIDAS/CIVIL软件进行挂篮结构安全性能验算,挂篮结构最大应力发生于桥梁混凝土浇筑过程中,值为160.53MPa,符合强度要求;综合考虑主桁架、吊杆、前横梁、托梁等各构件位移,挂篮结构最大变形发生于底托系统纵梁跨中位置,值为19.91mm,刚度满足使用要求;预加载试验中各监测点变形沉降较均匀,与挂篮结构数值计算结果相符,验证了挂篮结构的施工安全性与质量要求,同时达到了消除挂篮非弹性变形的目的.
Design of Hanging Basket for Cantilever Construction of Continuous Beam Bridge and Research on Preloading Test
Based on the continuous beam project of the Wenjiatai Extra Large Bridge on the Shanghai Chongqing Chengdu high-speed railway,research on the design and application of diamond shaped hanging basket structure is carried out.Using finite element software to simulate the stress and deformation of its structure,conducting numerical calculations through preloading tests and comparing and analyzing the results of preloading tests to verify the strength,stiffness,and safety of the hanging basket structure.The research results indicate that using MIDAS/CIVIL software for safety performance verification of the hanging basket structure,the maximum stress of the hanging basket structure occurs during the concrete pouring process of the bridge,with a maximum stress value of 160.53MPa,which meets the strength requirements.Taking into account the displacement of each component,the maximum deformation of the hanging basket structure occurs at the mid span position of the longitudinal beam of the bottom support system,with a maximum deformation value of 19.91mm,and the stiffness meets the requirements for use.The deformation and settlement of each monitoring point in the preloading test were relatively uniform,consistent with the numerical calculation results of the hanging basket structure,verifying the construction safety and quality requirements of the hanging basket structure,and achieving the goal of eliminating non elastic deformation of the hanging basket.
