Experimental Study on Influencing Factors of Artificial Sand Concrete Performance of Highway Precast Bridge
In order to solve the problems of insufficient workability and insufficient smoothness after demoulding of concrete for highway precast bridge(T-beam),the experimental study on artificial sand concrete of new precast bridge was carried out,and the effects of replacement rate of artificial sand, dosage of water reducing agent and compound dosage of mineral admixture on the fluidity and mechanical properties of concrete were discussed. The results show that the comprehensive performance of concrete is not reduced when artificial sand is used to replace river sand, and it is feasible to replace 100%of artificial sand. The superplasticizer has a great influence on the fluidity of concrete due to its electrostatic repulsion and steric hindrance effect, and the optimal dosage of superplasticizer is determined to be 0.39kg/m3.The proper amount of mineral admixture fly ash and slag powder instead of cement has a beneficial effect on the flow performance and mechanical properties of concrete. The optimum dosage mass ratio is:m水泥:m粉煤灰:m矿粉=455:60:35.The optimal mix ratio performance test shows that the comprehensive performance of artificial sand concrete is better, which further indicates the feasibility of artificial sand replacing river sand in mass concrete production.
