Form-finding and Construction of Prefabricated Concrete Shell Roof of Stadium
Taking the roof structure of Lüliang New Town Stadium as an example,the characteristics and construction difficulties of prefabricated concrete roof shell are introduced.Combined with the characteristics that the four sides of the prefabricated concrete shell unit in this project are non-coplanar quadrilaterals,the form-finding formula of quadrilateral curved shell with straight lines of equiproportional points on the opposite sides is derived.The precast technology of concrete hyperbolic shell and the connection technology of concrete shell and steel structure are given in detail.The deformation monitoring and finite element simulation were carried out in the process of shell installation and post-pouring joint casting.The vertical deformation was basically consistent with the finite element analysis.
