BIM技术可视化、可协调性、模拟性、可出图性、参数化等优点在建筑工程施工管理中脱颖而出,给高层建筑方案设计与优化提供了驱动力.以某高层建筑为工程依托,探讨BIM技术在高层建筑中的应用.采用Revit软件进行正向设计,通过内置族、自建族实现了规范化、标准化和信息化建模,Revit软件可转化为多种格式模型,能较好地解决各软件间模型冲突的问题,在三维建模的基础上开展深化设计,进行了场地布置、碰撞检查、进度模拟等BIM应用基础工作,同时根据高层建筑结构复杂、管线密集、工序繁琐、作业面大、消防隐患高等特点开展了 BIM应用创新.采用Pathfinder进行消防疏散模拟,优化了火灾救生通道的路径;设计二维码云管理系统,实现了 BIM复杂节点模型的实时审阅和复杂工序的云交底.通过BIM技术的应用,减少了高层建筑施工返工,优化了施工方案,确保了工程的顺利实施.
Research on Fine Construction Application of Tall Buildings Based on BIM Technology
BIM technology stands out in construction project management due to its advantages of visualization,coordination,simulation,diagrammability and parameterization,providing a driving force for the design and optimization of tall building schemes.Based on a tall building,the application of BIM technology in tall buildings is discussed.The Revit software is used for forward design,and the standardized,standardized and informationized modeling is realized through the built-in family and self-built family.The Revit software can be transformed into a variety of format models,which can better solve the problem of model conflicts among various software.On the basis of three-dimensional modeling,the deepening design is carried out,and the basic work of BIM application such as site layout,collision inspection and schedule simulation is carried out.At the same time,according to the characteristics of tall building structure,dense pipeline,cumbersome process,large working surface and high fire hazard,BIM application innovation is carried out.Pathfinder was used to simulate fire evacuation,and the path of fire rescue channel was optimized.The two-dimensional code cloud management system is designed to realize the real-time review of BIM complex node model and the cloud disclosure of complex processes.Through the application of BIM technology,the rework of tall building construction is reduced,the construction scheme is optimized,and the smooth implementation of the project is ensured.
