摘要

通过轻量化设计理念,提出了分步分幅轻量化顶模集成平台技术,旨在解决超高层塔楼核心筒施工中顶模集成平台标准化通用化程度不高、安拆操作不便、周转率低、结构质量大、体积大和成本高等问题.轻量化顶模集成平台由钢平台系统、支承系统、动力系统、挂架系统、模板系统和附属设施等组成.该技术应用于武汉长江中心项目,大幅提高了超高层建筑施工的效率和安全性,提高了超高层建筑施工的工业化水平.

Abstract

Through lightweight design concept,the technology of step-by-step and framing lightweight jacking formwork integration platform is proposed to solve the problems of low standardization and generalization of jacking formwork integration platform,inconvenient installation and disassembly operation,low turnover rate,large structural weight,large volume and high cost in the construction of super high-rise tower core tube.The lightweight jacking formwork integration platform consists of steel platform system,support system,power system,hanger system,formwork system and ancillary facilities.It is applied in the Wuhan Yangtze River Center project,which significantly improves the construction efficiency and safety of super high-rise building.It has promoted the industrialization level of super high-rise building construction.
