住宅造楼机智能建造系统设计研究与应用

空中造楼机在超高层建筑中广泛应用,向普通高层住宅多元化发展已成为一种趋势.如何在住宅建筑应用造楼机,做好住宅造楼机的系统设计成为重要的攻关难题.借鉴超高层重载施工装备集成平台,通过更智能、更轻量、更快捷、更方便、更灵活的理念进行架体的整体设计,由支承系统、钢平台系统、模板系统、挂架系统、附属设施系统五大系统,打造"类工厂"施工环境,实现了造楼机应用由超高层建筑向高层建筑的转变.
Research and Application of Intelligent Construction System for Residential Building Machine
Aerial building machines are widely used in ultra-high-rise buildings,and diversification to ordinary high-rise residential has become a trend.It becomes an important challenge on how to apply the building machine in the residential building and how to do a good job in the system design of the residential building machine.Drawing on the integrated platform of ultra-high-rise heavy-loading construction equipment,the overall design of the frame is carried out through the concepts of smarter,lighter,faster,more convenient and more flexible,which consists of five systems,namely,the support system,steel platform system,formwork system,hanger system,and accessory facilities system,thus creating a"class-factory"construction environment and realizing the application of the building machine from ultra-high-rise buildings to high-rise buildings.
