以民乐三墩滩百万千瓦级光伏发电基地20万kW光伏1号项目为例,介绍荒漠化地区光伏电站项目设计与施工关键技术.该项目采用固定倾角式支架方位角及倾角设计,可直接对准太阳的主要运动路径,最大程度地接收太阳辐射能;采用N型双面双玻半面光伏电池,将其光电转换效率提升至目前市场较高水平;配置光功率预测系统、支架基础施工中的微型桩护筒、箱逆变一体机吊装中的设备平衡吊具,有效地解决了荒漠化地区光伏电站项目设计与施工中的难题.
Research on Key Technology of Design and Construction of Photovoltaic Power Station Project in Desertification Areas
Taking the 200 000 kilowatt photovoltaic No.1 project of Minle Sanduntan million kilowatt photovoltaic power generation base as an example,the key technologies of design and construction of photovoltaic power station project in desertification area are introduced.The project adopts a fixed angle bracket azimuth and inclination angle design,which can be directly aligned with the main motion path of the sun and receive the solar radiation energy to the greatest extent.The N-type double-sided double-glass half-plane photovoltaic cell is used to improve its photoelectric conversion efficiency to a higher level in the current market.The problems in the design and construction of photovoltaic power station projects in desertification areas are effectively solved by configuring the optical power prediction system,the micro-pile casing in the construction of the support foundation,and the equipment balance spreader in the hoisting of the box inverter.
