Research on Application and Safety Protection of Gantry Crane in Photovoltaic Power Generation of Sewage Treatment Plant
As a special tool for efficient hoisting and transportation of large components,gantry crane has the advantages of wide adaptability,high site utilization,strong versatility and large operation range.It can not only effectively reduce the working intensity of loaders,but also greatly improve the efficiency and production quality of cargo handling.It plays a key role in modern engineering construction.However,there are great safety risks in the application process.Based on the application of gantry crane in photovoltaic power generation of sewage treatment plant,the control points of gantry crane installation and application process are studied and analyzed.An anti-fall protection scheme for sewage treatment pool is proposed,which can effectively solve the problem that gantry crane has poor protection ability and cannot meet the large-span protection,and avoid safety accidents to the greatest extent.
