大球盖菇菌丝生长最佳碳源研究

葡萄糖、蔗糖等6种碳源的试验结果表明,大球盖菇菌丝生长最适碳源是蔗糖,适宜浓度是1.6％～2.0％；麦芽糖次之,最适浓度是2.0％.大球盖菇菌丝生长对碳源浓度不敏感.
Study on Optimal Carbon Sources for Mycelia Growth of Stropharia rugoso - annulata
Six carbon sources such as glucose and sucrose were selected for the experiment. The results showed that the optimal carbon source was sucrose with the suitable concentration as 1. 6% ~2.4% ,and then was maltose with the optimal concentration as 2.0%.
