干旱胁迫对玉米生长发育及其生理生化特性的影响

以玉米杂交种科河28为试材在武威进行了干旱胁迫对大田玉米生长发育、生理特性及光合特性的影响试验。结果表明:长期干旱胁迫使玉米叶片卷曲,叶面积减少,株高下降,单株叶片数和干物质积累量减少,果穗体积减小,穗粒重和百粒重降低,大幅减产,在极度干旱条件下几乎颗粒无收;同时干旱胁迫使气孔导度减小,气孔关闭,光合能力降低,净光合速率显著下降,植株生长受到抑制。
Using corn hybrid Kehe 28 as material , the effects of drought stress on growth , development , physiological and biochemical characters and photosynthetic characteristics of corn in field were studied in Wu -wei City .The results showed that long -term drought stress made corn leaf curl , reduced the leaf area , de-creased the plant height , reduced the number of leaves per plant and dry matter accumulation , decreased the ear volume , declined the grain weight per spike and hundred grain weight , and the yield decreased sharply and almost total crop failure under extreme drought conditions .Drought stress also decreased the stomatal con-ductance , made stoma close , declined photosynthetic capacity and net photosynthetic rate , and inhibited the plant growth .
