Taking the land trust professional cooperatives in Jiaxiang County and Wenshang County as cases, the production background of land trust service was analyzed , and the service content and mode were also introduced in this paper .The innovation mode , proper management , policy and fund supports from gov-ernment , and so on , were investigated based on the SWOT analysis of land trust .The results could provide references for present large -scale and intensive management of land in China .
