铅胁迫对硬粒小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长的影响

以中引1320品种为材料,研究了硬粒小麦种子萌发及幼苗生长对金属铅( Pb)的响应。结果表明:低浓度铅胁迫对硬粒小麦种子萌发和幼苗生长有促进作用,高浓度对其有抑制作用。50 mg/L Pb2+对发芽率、发芽势、发芽指数、胚芽鞘伸长、芽长、根长、幼苗鲜重和干重有促进作用,活力指数对铅胁迫反应较敏感;200 mg/L Pb2+对发芽指数表现出一定的增效作用,而对发芽率、发芽势、芽长、根长、活力指数、幼苗鲜重和干重及胚芽鞘伸长均有明显的抑制作用。铅胁迫对硬粒小麦幼苗根的抑制作用大于对芽的抑制。
Effects of Pb Stress on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Durum Wheat
The effects of Pb stress on seed germination and seedling growth of durum wheat were studied with zhongyin 1320 as material .The results showed that the seed germination and seedling growth of durum wheat were promoted by lower concentration of Pb and inhibited by higher concentration of Pb .For example , the germination rate,germination potential,germination index,coleoptile length, bud length,root length,fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings were promoted by 50 mg/L Pb2+,and the vigor index was sensitive to Pb stress .The germination rate ,germination potential ,coleoptile length ,bud length , root length ,vigor index , fresh weight and dry weight of seedlings were obviously inhibited by 200 mg/L Pb2+, while the germination index increased to some extent .The inhibition of Pb stress on root was bigger than that on bud .
