秸秆覆盖与可降解地膜覆盖对大蒜品质和产量的影响

以脱毒苍山蒲棵蒜为试材,以不覆膜栽培为对照,研究秸秆覆盖、可降解地膜覆盖、普通地膜覆盖对大蒜生长、品质及产量的影响。结果表明:大蒜株高、干物质重、产量及可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白、大蒜素含量均表现为:普通地膜覆盖处理>可降解地膜覆盖处理>秸秆覆盖处理>不覆膜处理。从综合效应来看,可降解地膜既能促进大蒜的生长发育,又可加速农业洁净生产,可在农业生产中广泛推广。
Impacts of Straw and Degradable Film Mulching on Quality and Yield of Garlic
With the detoxified Cangshan Pukesuan as material, the impacts of various mulches on growth, quality and yield of garlic were studied using no mulching cultivation as control.Straw, degradable film and ordinary film were used as the mulches in this experiment.The results showed that the plant height, dry matter weight, soluble sugar, soluble protein and allicin under the four treatments were all arranged in the order of ordinary film mulching >degradable film mulching >straw mulching >no mulching.From the comprehensive effects, degradable film could not only promote the garlic growth, but also accelerate the clear production, so it could be popularized in agricultural production.
