Effects of Corncob Addition Amount on Comprehensive Agronomic Characters of Oyster Mushroom
With medium made of different dosages of corncob, cotton seed hull and wheat bran, the effects of corncob addition amount on comprehensive agronomic characters of oyster mushroom were studied u-sing mycelium growth vigor, contamination rate, fruiting time and biological efficiency as evaluation indexes. The results showed that the combination, which consisted of 40%corncob, 50%cotton seed hull, 7%wheat bran, 1%plaster and 2%lime, had the best biological efficiency and comprehensive agronomic characters.
