中华通草蛉幼虫对茶蚜捕食作用的研究

在室内(25±1)℃条件下研究了中华通草蛉1~3龄幼虫对茶蚜的功能反应和2龄幼虫的种内干扰。结果表明:功能反应属于 HollingⅡ型,日最大食蚜量1~3龄分别为74、250、714头,功能反应参数说明中华通草蛉对于茶蚜具有良好的控制效果;2龄幼虫的干扰效应用 Hassell&Varley 模型 E =QP -m进行模拟,模拟模型为 E =0.3395P -0.3657,说明随着2龄幼虫密度的增大,其捕食作用率也随之减小。
Study on Predacious Function of Chrysoperla sinica Larvae to Toxoptera aurantii Boyer
The tests were conducted in laboratory to evaluate the functional response of 1 ~3 instar(s)of Chrysoperla sinica larvae to Toxoptera aurantii Boyer and the mutual interference among the 2nd instar larvae under (25 ±1)℃.The results showed that all the larva stages from 1st to 3rd of C.sinica showed HollingⅡfunctional response,and their maximum predation amount were 74,250 and 714 aphids,respectively.It indi-cated that C.sinica larvae had better control effects on T.aurantii Boyer.The mutual interference among the 2nd instar larvae could be simulated by the model of E =QP -m ,which was put forward by Hassell and Varley, and the model was E =0.3395P -0.3657 ,which indicated that the rate of predacious function of C.sinica de-creased with the increase of the 2nd larvae density.
