水竹梅、紫鸭跖草叶片成分的红外光谱分析

为了解室内观赏植物水竹梅和紫鸭跖草的叶片成分及安全性等问题,以其叶片为试材,利用红外光谱分析法测定叶片的特征峰并进行成分分析。结果表明:紫鸭跖草和水竹梅共有的特征峰为3401(3369)、2918(2924)、1067(1057)、671(671)cm -1,对应的成分为氨基酸或蛋白质、萜烯化合物、挥发油、纤维素类物质。此外,水竹梅还具有特征峰1631、1380、618 cm -1,对应的成分为乙酸香叶酯、萜类化合物、脂类物质;紫鸭跖草还具有特征峰2849、1641、1417、1319 cm -1,对应的成分为脂类化合物、芦丁等黄酮类物质、芳香族化合物、核酸类物质。
IR Analysis on Leaf Component of Tradescantia albiflora and Setcreasea purpurea Boom
In order to understand the leaf components and safety of indoor ornamental plants,Tradescan-tia albiflora and Setcreasea purpurea Boom.,taking their leaves as materials,the characteristic peaks were de-tected by IR spectrum analysis method and the component analysis was conducted.The results showed that Tradescantia albiflora and Setcreasea purpurea Boom.had the mutual characteristic peaks at 3 401 (3 369), 2 918(2 924),1 067 (1 057),671 (671)cm -1 ,the corresponding substances were amino acids or protein, terpene compounds,essential oils and cellulose materials.In addition,Tradescantia albiflora had the peculiar characteristic peaks at 1 631,1 380,618 cm -1 ,the corresponding substances were geranyl acetate,terpenoid and lipids.Setcreasea purpurea Boom.had the peculiar characteristic peaks at 2 849,1 641,1 417,1 319 cm -1 , the corresponding substances were lipids,rutin and flavonoids,aromatic compounds and nucleic acids.
