青岛地区鹅掌柴炭疽病病原菌鉴定

2015年鹅掌柴炭疽病在青岛地区发病严重,发病率达50%。本研究从青岛城阳区采集鹅掌柴炭疽病病叶,采用组织分离法对病原菌进行分离,结合形态学观察与分子生物学方法对其进行鉴定。结果表明,引起青岛地区鹅掌柴炭疽病的病原菌是胶孢炭疽菌(Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penz.)Sacc.)。此病原菌引起的鹅掌柴炭疽病在山东省是首次报道。
Identification of Anthracnose Pathogen of Schefflera actinophylla in Qingdao
The anthracnose of Schefflera actinophylla (Endl.)occurred seriously in Qingdao area in 2015 with the incidence up to 50%.The S.actinophylla leaves infected by anthracnose were collected from Chengyang District of Qingdao.The pathogen was isolated using tissue isolation method and identified by mor-phological observation and molecular methods.The results showed that according to its morphological charac-teristics and rDNA -ITS sequence analysis,the anthracnose of S.actinophylla was caused by Colletotrichum gloeosporioides (Penz.)Sacc.,which was firstly reported in Shandong Province.
