为了达到从分子水平上检测化妆品动物源性成分的目的,本研究建立了一种从化妆品中提取动物源性基因组 DNA 的方法。该方法使用 Chelex -100结合玻璃奶提取化妆品中的基因组 DNA,具有污染小、操作简单、快速、高效等优点。分别利用紫外分光光度计、普通 PCR 和 DNA 测序等方法对提取 DNA 的质量进行检测,结果表明 DNA 浓度和纯度均能达到后期分子检测要求。说明本方法提取的 DNA 适用于在分子水平上检测化妆品的动物源性成分。
A Rapid DNA Extraction Method from Cosmetics of Animal Origin
In order to achieve the purpose of detecting animal origin of cosmetics at the molecular level, a method for extracting genomic DNA of animal origin from cosmetics was established.The Chelex -100 and Glass -milk were used to extract genomic DNA from cosmetics.This method had advantages of less pollution, easy to operate,fast and high efficient.Then,the quality of genomic DNA was detected by UV spectrophotom-eter,PCR and DNA sequencing.The results showed that the concentration and purity of DNA both met the re-quirements of later molecular experiment.It indicated that the DNA exacted by this method was suitable for the detection of animal origin of cosmetics at the molecular level.
