Indoor Toxicity Determination of Five Insecticides to Fruit Flies
In order to screen out effective insecticides against fruit flies,stomach-contact combination toxicity method was used indoor to test the virulence of 5 types of pesticides on adults of Drosophila melanogaster and Drosophila suzukii laboratory populations.The results showed that the order of the toxicity on Drosophila suzukii from high to low was beta cypermethrin,spinosad,emamectin,chlorantraniliprole and avermectins;the order of the toxicity on Drosophila melanogaster from high to low was spinosad,emamectin,beta cypermethrin,chlorantraniliprole and avermectins.
