Bioinformatics Analysis of Gene HrNHX6 in Hippophae rhamnoides subsp.sinensis and its Expression Pattern under Salt Stress
The Na+/H+reverse transporter(NHX)proteins which could regulate plant responses to salt stress are widely present in a variety of organisms. In this paper, the structure of HrNHX6 from Hippophae rh-amnoides subsp.sinensis was predicted and analyzed, and the expression of the gene under different concentra-tions of NaCl stress was assayed by qRT-PCR.The results were as follows.①The total length of HrNHX6 gene was 1 347 bp,which had higher homologous with the NHX6 of Rosa chinensi et.②HrNHX6 was a stable hy-drophobic protein located in the Golgi membrane with no signal peptide but seven transmembrane helical struc-tures;α-helix and irregular curl were the main components of its secondary structure, and it had many modifi-cation sites.③qRT-PCR analysis showed that the expressions of HrNHX6 gene were up-regulated in roots, stems and leaves of H.rhamnoides under salt stress, which indicated an important regulatory role of the gene in response to salt stress. The results above could lay a foundation for elucidating the response mechanisms of H.rhamnoides to salt stress.
