Effects of Different Concentrations of Growth Regulators on Cutting Effect of Red Fruit Matrimony vine Tender Branches and Its Comprehensive Evaluation
To investigate the effects of different concentrations of growth regulators on cutting effect and shoot growth of red fruit wolfberry(Matrimony vine),tender branches of'low sugar goji berry'were used as test materials,9 treatments with different concentrations of NAA,IBA,NAA+IBA and ABT were set,and the survival rate of tender branch cuttings and the new shoot growth, root growth, root number, average number of sprouts and other indicators were measured. The results showed that appropriate concentrations of exogenous growth regulators could improve the survival rate of cuttings and the growth of new shoots, increase the number of roots in the cuttings, and promote vigorous growth of the branches in wolfberry.Comprehensive rank of the treatment effects obtained by principal component analysis was as T2(100 mg/L NAA)>T3(250 mg/L NAA)>T7[250 mg/L(NAA+IBA)]>T6[100 mg/L(NAA+IBA)]>T5(250 mg/L IBA)>T1(clear wa-ter)>T8(100 mg/L ABT)>T4(100 mg/L IBA)>T9(250 mg/L ABT).Among all the treatments,T2 per-formed the best, which could not only promote sprouting and new branch growth, but also enhance rooting of cutting seedlings with higher rooting rate and larger number and thicker roots,so it was worth promoting and applying in production practice.
