Effects of Different Disinfection Methods on Soil Physicochemical Properties,Enzymes Activities and Microbial Community under Continuous Cropping of Special Medicinal Plants
In order to investigate the response of continuous cropping soil with special medicinal plants to different disinfection methods, six treatments were set, namely T1(dazomet),T2(dazomet and microbial a-gent),T3(lime nitrogen),T4(lime nitrogen and microbial agent),T5(microbial agent)and CK(water). The Illumina MiSeq high-throughput sequencing platform was used. The effects of different treatments on soil nutrients, enzymes activities, microbial diversity and community structure were studied. The results showed that T4 and T5 treatments significantly increased the activities of soil urease, sucrase and neutral phosphatase. The richness and diversity of soil bacteria were significantly increased, and the richness and diversity of soil fungi were significantly increased by T2,T4 and T5 treatments. The dominant bacterial groups in soil bacterial community were Proteobacteria,Acidobacteria and Gemmatimonadota.T3 and T4 treatments significantly in-creased the relative abundance of Sphingomonas, and all treatments increased the relative abundance of Mas-silia.The dominant bacterial groups of soil fungal community were Ascomycota,Zygomycota and Basidiomyco-ta.All treatments decreased the relative abundance of Mortierella, while T1 and T2 treatments significantly de-creased the relative abundance of Fusarium. The changes of physical and chemical properties, such as pH val-ue,total nitrogen and hydrolyzed nitrogen, were important factors affecting soil microbial communities in con-tinuous cropping. In conclusion, different disinfection treatments improved soil nutrient supply to a certain ex-tent,and affected the community structure of rhizosphere soil bacteria and fungi. The study results could pro-vide a basis for further elucidating the mechanism of continuous cropping obstacles of special medicinal plants.
