益生菌对黄曲霉毒素B1的降解作用及其在家禽生产上的应用

黄曲霉毒素(aflatoxin,AF)主要存在于污染粮油及其制品中,常见的有AFB1、AFB2、AFG1和AFG2四种类型,以黄曲霉毒素B1(AFB1)毒性最强,对全球农业和食品安全造成极大危害。目前,常用的缓解AFB1毒性的方法包括物理法、化学法和生物法,其中生物脱毒法中,益生菌作为绿色无污染的添加剂成为研究的热点。本文综述了黄曲霉毒素对家禽的危害,列举了对黄曲霉毒素具有降解作用的益生菌,阐述了益生菌的解毒机制以及在禽类生产中的应用,以期为利用益生菌降解AFB1的研究及应用提供借鉴和指导。
Degradation of Aflatoxin B1 by Probiotics and Its Application in Poultry Production
Aflatoxin(AF)is mainly found in contaminated grain and oil products,and has four common types as B1,B2,G1 and G2.The toxicity of aflatoxin B1(AFB1)is the strongest,which has brought great harm to global agriculture and food safety.At present,the commonly used methods to alleviate the toxicity of AFB1 include physical,chemical and biological methods.Among the biological detoxification methods,probiotics as a green and pollution-free additive has become a research hotspot.In this paper,the harm of AF to poultry was reviewed,the probiotics with degradation effect on AF were listed,the detoxification mechanism of probiotics and its application in poultry production were expounded.It was expected to provide guidance and reference for the scientific research of AFB1 degradation by probiotics in the future.
