低磷对不同基因型谷子生长、磷素积累及根际微生物的影响

为探究不同基因型谷子适应低磷条件的能力,采用盆栽试验,选取长农 35、济谷 13、济谷 11、晋谷21、豫谷 18、豫谷 35 共 6 个谷子品种为材料,设置正常施磷(PN,100 mg/kg P2 O5)与不施磷(P0)两个处理,比较两种磷水平对各基因型谷子拔节期植株生物量、磷积累、磷转运、根系形态及根际微生物等的影响。结果表明:不施磷处理下,济谷 11 植株鲜重和地上部干重显著高于其他品种及正常施磷处理下的所有品种,其总根长、总根表面积、总根体积均高于PN处理,且前 2 个指标值差异显著;长农 35、济谷 13、晋谷 21、豫谷 18 及豫谷 35 的生物量及根系形态指标值基本低于各自PN处理;长农35、晋谷21、豫谷18 植株磷积累总量较各自PN处理分别显著降低 12。99%、28。13%、50。27%,济谷 13、济谷 11、豫谷 35 植株磷积累总量两种磷水平处理下差异不显著;济谷 13 地上部磷素分配比例P0 较PN处理显著降低 4。04%、根部显著增加 18。97%,其他品种地上部及根部磷素分配比例较各自PN处理差异不显著;济谷 11 和豫谷 35 在P0 处理下对叶的分配比例显著增大,而对茎的分配比例显著减少。不同基因型谷子在两种磷水平处理下根际可培养微生物数目存在较大差异,不施磷处理下长农 35、晋谷 21 根际土壤的细菌及真菌数量较高且显著高于各自PN处理,而济谷 11 的细菌及放线菌数量两种磷水平下均较低。综合而言,济谷 11 和济谷 13 对低磷环境的适应性较好。
Effects of Low Phosphorus on Growth,Phosphorus Accumulation and Rhizosphere Microorganisms of Different Genotypes of Millet
In order to explore the ability of different genotypes of millet to adapt to low phosphorus(P)condition,six millet varieties including Changnong 35,Jigu 13,Jigu 11,Jingu 21,Yugu 18 and Yugu 35 were selected as the research materials to determine biomass,P accumulation,P transport,root morphology and rhizosphere microorganisms under normal P application(P N,100 mg/kg P2 O5)and no P(P0)treatment.The results showed that under P0 treatment,the whole plant fresh weight and aboveground part dry weight of Jigu 11 were significantly higher than those of the other varieties and those under PN treatment;its total root length,total root surface area and total root volume were higher compared with PN treatment,and the former two reached significant level.The biomass and root morphological characters of Changnong 35,Jigu 13,Jingu 21,Yugu 18 and Yugu 35 were basically lower under P0 treatment compared with PN treatment.The plant P accumulation amount of Changnong 35,Jingu21 and Yugu 18 under P0 treatment significantly decreased by 12.99% ,28.13% and 50.27% compared with PN treatment,while that of Jigu 13,Jigu 11 and Yugu 35 was not significantly different between the two P treatments.The P allocation proportion in aboveground part of Jigu 13 significantly decreased by 4.04% under P0 treatment compared with PN treatment,while that in roots signif-icantly increased by 18.97% ;the P allocation proportion in aboveground part and roots of the other varieties had no significant difference between the two P treatments;Jigu 11 and Yugu 35 significantly increased the P allocation proportion in leaves under P0 treatment,but significantly decreased in stem.There were larger differ-ences in the number of culturable rhizosphere microorganisms among different millet varieties under the two P treatments.The bacteria and fungi quantity in rhizosphere soil of Changnong 35 and Jingu 21 were significantly larger under P0 treatment than those under PN treatment,and the bacteria and actinomycetes quantity of Jigu 11 were lower.In a word,Jigu 11 and Jigu 13 had better adaptability to low P environment.
