不同日龄毛锤角细蜂寄生黑腹果蝇蛹的生物学特性研究

为了调查不同日龄毛锤角细蜂寄生黑腹果蝇的生物学特性,本研究对 1~10 日龄毛锤角细蜂成虫对黑腹果蝇蛹的寄生率及其后代的发育历期和雌性比进行统计,同时对寄生后黑腹果蝇蛹重的动态变化进行分析。结果表明,不同日龄毛锤角细蜂对黑腹果蝇蛹的寄生率有显著差异,7 日龄寄生率最高,为(58。89±2。94)%,1 日龄寄生率最低,仅为(30。00±1。94)%,但对毛锤角细蜂后代的发育历期和雌性比没有显著影响。黑腹果蝇蛹被毛锤角细蜂寄生后,重量显著降低。因此,1~10 日龄毛锤角细蜂成虫均可大量寄生黑腹果蝇蛹,以 7 日龄为最佳寄生时期,这为毛锤角细蜂的大量扩繁和应用提供了理论依据。
Biological Characteristics of Trichopria drosophilae at Different Ages after Parasitizing Drosophila melanogaster
In order to study the biological characteristics of Trichopria drosophilae at different ages after parasitizing Drosophila melanogaster,this experiment was conducted to investigate the parasitic rate of 1~10-day-old T.drosophilae adults on D.melanogaster pupae,the development duration and female proportion of T.drosophilae offspring,and the dynamic change of pupae weight of D.melanogaster after parasitized by T.dros-ophilae.The results showed that there was significant difference in parasitic rate between different ages of T.drosophilae on D.melanogaster pupae.The parasitic rate of 7-day-old T.drosophilae was the highest(58.89±2.94)% ,and that of 1-day-old T.drosophilae was the lowest(30.00±1.94)% .However,ages of T.dros-ophilae had no significant effect on developmental duration and female proportion of its offspring after parasiti-zing D.melanogaster pupae.In addition,the weight of D.melanogaster pupae was significantly reduced after parasitized by T.drosophilae.It was concluded that D.melanogaster pupae could be parasitized by 1~10-day-old T.drosophilae adults,of which,the age in 7 days was optimum.These results could provide theoretical ba-ses for breeding in quantity and application of T.drosophilae.
