Regulation of Bacillus subtilis on Soil Fungal Community Structure and Root Rot of Strawberry
In order to explore the regulation of Bacillus subtilis on soil fungal community structure and crop growth,high-throughput sequencing technology was used to analyze the effects of B.subtilis on fungal di-versity and community structure in strawberry rhizosphere soil, and the effects on controlling strawberry root rot and promoting strawberry growth were determined by field plot experiment. The results showed that the applica-tion of B.subtilis significantly increased the fungal diversity in strawberry rhizosphere soil. The Shannon index,Ace index and Chao index increased significantly, and the Simpson index decreased significantly. At phylum level, the relative abundance of Ascomycota increased significantly, while that of Basidiomycota and Mortierel-lomycota decreased significantly. At genus level, the relative abundance of Chaetomium increased significant-ly,while that of Mortierella,Tausonia and Plectosphaerella decreased significantly.B.subtilis could effectively reduce the incidence of strawberry root rot with the control effect higher than 70%within 2 months of planting, and significantly increased the growth indexes such as canopy diameter, leaf area and chlorophyll content.Comprehensive analysis showed that B.subtilis could increase the relative abundance of beneficial fungi but re-duce that of pathogenic fungi in strawberry rhizosphere soil,so optimized the soil fungal community structure, effectively controlled strawberry root rot and promoted the healthy growth of strawberry.
