潍坊市农田地膜残留特征及影响因素分析

地膜覆盖技术在现代农业生产中广泛应用,然而随之而来的残膜污染问题也日益严重。潍坊市是山东省农业强市,地膜使用量大,为了明确其农田地膜残留状况及地膜残留的影响因素,在本市 10 个县(市、区)设立 99 个地膜残留定位监测点,调查各监测点的土壤质地、种植模式、作物类型、覆膜年限、地膜厚度、灌溉方式、种植户类型等信息,并采用样方法取样测定地膜残留量。结果表明,2021 年 10 个县(市、区)的地膜总覆盖面积为 15。71 万hm2,使用总量为 10 442。4 t,青州市、安丘市、昌乐县、寿光市、诸城市的地膜覆盖面积和使用量较高,地膜残留量较高的为诸城市、临朐县、昌邑市、安丘市,高于 10 个县(市、区)的平均残留量(23。8 kg/hm2)。地膜残留量受多种因素影响,随着覆膜年限的延长和膜厚度的降低农田地膜残留量增加,覆膜超过 20 年的农田地膜残留量较覆膜 1~5 年的农田增加 43。02%,厚度为 0。010 mm的地膜残留量较厚度为0。004 mm的减少 62。32%;砂土和黏土农田的地膜残留量高于壤土;种植棉花、甘薯、黄烟的农田地膜残留量高;沟灌、畦灌田的地膜残留量显著高于喷灌和滴灌田,以滴灌田的最低;农田与住处距离越远,地膜残留量越高,距住处>10~30 km的农田地膜残留量较距住处 0。1~0。5 km的农田高 8。28 倍;农村合作社种植农田的地膜残留量比普通农户高 36。75%。本研究结果可为潍坊市推进农田地膜污染防治提供参考。
Characteristics and Influencing Factors of Farmland Plastic Film Residue in Weifang City
Plastic film mulching technology is widely used in modern agricultural production,but the problem of residual film pollution is becoming more and more serious.Weifang City is a strong agricultural city in Shandong Province,and the use amount of plastic film is large.In order to clarify the status of plastic film residue in farmlands and the influencing factors affecting plastic film residue,99 positioned monitoring points were set up in 10 counties(county-level cities and districts)of Weifang City,and the soil texture,planting mode,crop type,mulching years,plastic film thickness,irrigation method,grower type and other information of each point were investigated,and also the plastic film residue amount determined by the method of taking samples from the sample builder square.The results showed that in 2021,the total plastic film coverage area of the 10 counties(county-level cities and districts)was 157.1 thousand hectare,and the total usage amount of plastic film was 10 442.4 t;the plastic film coverage area and usage amount of Qingzhou,Anqiu,Changle,Shouguang and Zhucheng were higher,but the residual amount of plastic film was higher in Zhucheng,Linqu,Changyi and Anqiu,which was higher than the average residue of 10 counties(county-level cities and dis-tricts)(23.8 kg/hm2).The residue of plastic film was affected by multi-factors,and increased with the in-crease of mulching years and the decrease of film thickness.The residue in farmlands with mulching film for more than 20 years increased by 43.02%compared with the farmlands with mulching film for 1~5 years.The residue of plastic film with the thickness of 0.010 mm reduced by 62.32%than that with the thickness of 0.004 mm.The plastic film residue in sandy and clay farmlands were higher than that in loam farmland.The residue of plastic film in farmland planted with cotton,sweet potato and yellow tobacco were high,and that under fur-row irrigation and border irrigation were significantly higher than that under sprinkler irrigation and drip irriga-tion,especially drip irrigation was the lowest.The farther away the farmland was from the residence,the high-er the plastic film residue was,and the residue in farmland>10~30 km away from the residence was 8.28 times higher than that in the farmland 0.1~0.5 km away from the residence.The plastic film residue in the farmlands planted by rural cooperatives was 36.75%higher than that of ordinary farmers.The results of this study could provide references for Weifang City to promote the prevention and control of farmland film pollu-tion.
