This study aimed to explore the effects of Lactobacillus rhamnosus,Pediococcus pentosaceus and Lactobacillus oris on biofilm formation of Escherichia coli. After cultured for 48 hours by using the film placement method, the bacterial growth and biofilm formation were qualitatively observed, and the OD590 value of the four bacterial strains were quantitatively detected by 96-well microplate method to evaluate their effects on inhibiting biofilm formation. The results showed that E.coli began to form biofilm at 12 h of culture, and the typical biofilm was formed at 24 h accompanied by interwoven and linked biofilm skeleton. No biofilm skel-eton was found after 36 h of co-culture with the three species of lactic acid bacteria. The OD590 value showed that the biofilm thickness of L.rhamnosus was better than that of P.pentosaceus and L.oris.The co-culture re-sults showed that the whole bacterial solution and supernatant of the three species of lactic acid bacteria could significantly inhibit the formation of E.coli biofilm, and their inhibitory effects showed L.rhamnosus>L.oris>P.pentosaceus.These results could provide references for exploring the mechanism of lactic acid bacteria an-tagonizing E.coli infection.
