叶面喷施钙肥对生菜品质及干烧心的影响

钙是影响生菜生长和品质的重要元素。为促进人工光植物工厂中生菜生长,降低生菜干烧心的发生率,本试验以"意大利"生菜为试材,采用营养液培养法,设置4个氯化钙浓度处理,分别为0(CK,清水对照)、0。5%(T1)、1。0%(T2)、1。5%(T3),研究叶面喷施不同浓度氯化钙溶液对生菜品质以及干烧心的影响。结果表明,与对照(CK)相比,T2处理即喷施氯化钙浓度为1%时更有利于生菜的生长、形态发育和各项品质指标的提升,其中维生素C、可溶性蛋白、叶绿素含量在所有处理中最高。喷施氯化钙溶液推迟生菜干烧心的发病时间,降低干烧心的发生率以及严重程度,改善生菜干烧心效果显著,但氯化钙浓度达到1。5%时部分品质指标会出现下降。从隶属函数法综合评价结果看出,T2处理即氯化钙浓度为1%时生菜品质提升幅度最大,且显著缓解植物工厂内生菜干烧心的发病情况。
Effects of Foliar Spraying of Calcium Chloride on Lettuce Quality and Tipburn
Calcium is an important element affecting the growth and quality of lettuce.In order to pro-mote the growth of lettuce in plant factory with artificial light and reduce the incidence of tipburn,Italian let-tuce was chosen as material in this experiment,nutrient solution culture was adopted and four treatments were set with calcium chloride at concentrations of 0(CK,water control),0.5%(T1),1.0%(T2)and 1.5%(T3),and the effects of foliar spraying of calcium chloride on lettuce quality and tipburn were studied.The results showed that compared with CK,T2 treatment was more conducive to the growth,morphological devel-opment and improvement of each quality index of lettuce,among which,the contents of vitamin C,soluble protein and chlorophyll were the highest in all treatments.Significant improvements of lettuce tipburn could be obtained after foliar spraying of calcium chloride by delaying its onset and reducing its incidence and severity,but some quality indexes declined when the concentration was up to 1.5%.From the comprehensive evaluation results by membership function method,T2 treatment with 1.0%calcium chloride improved lettuce quality in maximum,and significantly alleviated lettuce tipburn incidence in plant factories.
